3. Booking and Scheduling

To schedule a service, please contact us via phone or email. We will confirm your appointment and provide an estimated timeline for completion. Scheduling is subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred dates.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for our services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. For large projects, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined below.

Cancellation Fees

• More than 48 hours notice: No cancellation fee.
• 24-48 hours notice: 25% of the scheduled service cost.
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property is accessible and free from hazards that may impede our work. This includes securing pets, removing fragile or valuable items, and informing us of any specific concerns or requirements.

9. Intellectual Property
